Ingredients
› 250 ml water› pinch of salt if desired
› pepper
› 10 ml of vinegar
› 3 eggs
Method
1. Put the water into a saucepan or frying pan, add the salt, pepper andvinegar. Bring to the boil.
2. Break the eggs into the boiling, salted water. Simmer gently
until the eggs are set. (This takes about 2–3 minutes.)
3. Remove the eggs from the saucepan and serve.
